The music video is a fan made featuring Clark & Lana from Smallville.
In this video, Clark breaks up with Lana and lies to her about him not loving her anymore because he wants to protect her. It's in Lana's POV and her kryptonite necklace represents Clark's secrets and lies. She finds out that he still loves her in the end.
