All news sources has Britney Spears on the front page yesterday because she was stumbles in the glare of paparazzi lens in front of The Ritz-Carlton hotel.
There is a glass on the right hand and held her 8-months-old son, Sean Preston, on the left hand.
She stumbled -- apparently on her long pants -- and bent low as Sean Preston's head flung backward, knocking off his orange hat. Luckily, Spears kept her grip on her son, with the help of a bodyguard. See the large photo inside

I will admit with all the drama around Britney's parenting that you have to wonder why her Mom isn't stepping in more to help her out... But.. This picture is so precious!
